Three steps. That's it.

Email us at hello@tappwater.com.au and let us know you'd like to return. Nat will get back to you within 24 hours with a prepaid shipping label.

Drop it off at your nearest Australia Post outlet. No need to print anything fancy — we'll sort the label for you.

Get your refund. Once we receive the return, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Didn't fit your tap?

Before you go through the hassle of a return, drop us a line. Most Australian taps are compatible with the right adapter, and we may be able to sort it for you on the spot.

Email hello@tappwater.com.au and describe your tap — we'll check if there's an adapter that works. If not, we'll get the return sorted straight away.


A note on refills.

Refill cartridges that have been opened and used cannot be returned, as they can't be resold. If you received the wrong refill or there's a product issue, get in touch and we'll make it right.


A few things to note.

Returns must be initiated within 60 days of your order date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We cover return shipping for all eligible returns — you won't pay a cent.
